I Heart Luxe

We were pleasantly surprised to get an email from Heather, founder of Heather Lins Home telling us about some of her new products she is going to be showcasing at ICFF this year in NYC. We love all her products but her Numbered Edition Collection ($55 – 195 USD) was our favorite – a ruler motif lines the placemat, while the coasters and napkins are numbered sequentially. Heather’s graphic design background is definitely evident in her work – these pieces are fresh, modern, and classic!

We have been enamored with letterpress lately (you’ll find out why soon!) and when Hijirik Studio released this limited edition of their Live What You Love letterpress print ($17.50) we knew we had to feature it. The print is 8×10 inches, letterpressed by hand using vintage wood type blocks on gorgeous cotton paper, and was printed with eco-friendly soy based ink. It shouldn’t be hard to find a spot for this print in your home or office.

If there is one thing we love, it’s botany, and when we came across this Concrete Planter ($225 USD) from Obleeek, first we needed to find our Visa, and second we had to tell you about it! The design; simple, aesthetically beautiful and would be perfect for your home or office. All of Obleeek’s planters are individually poured using a custom blend of volcanic ash and powder fine quality cement from Portland, Oregon.

It seems we are always in need of help organizing, and this cute asterisk shaped Black + Blum Desk Organizer ($20 USD) looks like a great way to help clear the clutter. Room for all your pens, keys, coins, business cards, mobile phone and more, plus it features a hidden magnet to hold your paper clips.

We were contemplating getting one of those boring white boards for our office until we came across the Rococo Oval Chalkboard ($36 USD) from Wall Candy, this removable, reasuable, adhesive backed chalkbard decal has beautiful ornate curves and flourishes that are all reminiscent of the 18th century Rococo style. We’re almost embarrassed we even considered a whiteboard.
